Expenses – expense calculations
You can use this module to assign expenses, absences and additional times to a driver.
A standard tariff model is available with this module, which you can customise to suit your company’s circumstances. It is also possible to allocate different expenses to drivers – e.g. on longer journeys when snacks or overnight accommodation are required. Using expense rules, these can be calculated automatically for the driver based on working hours.
You are able to generate and print individual reports for the expense report. You can also store in the programme when a driver works in the office for a certain period of time and has no trips during this time.
With TachoPlus EXPENSES, you fulfil the obligation to document working hours in accordance with the Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG since January 2015).
